Shipping Method All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery), or FedEx Ground (5-7 day delivery). Willa's Ark reserves the right to decide which method is used based on price. In general, packages that are heavy or large will usually be sent via FedEx Ground. Willa's Ark is in Los Angeles, so orders on the west coast will arrive sooner than orders on the east coast. Extremely heavy orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Processing Time for Order Willa's Ark always tries to send every order as soon as possible. Most orders are sent in 1-3 working days, with the exception of items which are made to order. Items which are made to order are Willa's Ark Exclusive items and delivery times are noted on the product page. Commonly ordered items are usually sent in 1 business day. If there will be a delay in sending your order, Willa's Ark will notify you as soon as possible. Incorrect Order In the event that Willa's Ark does not fill your order correctly, Willa's Ark will pay all shipping costs involved and get the correct order out as soon as possible. If the customer orders the wrong item (such as size or color), the customer will pay the additional shipping charges required to correct the order. Overseas Orders Overseas orders usually require extra shipping charges. After you submit your order through PayPal, Willa's Ark will notify you via email to inform you of extra shipping requirements. If you decide that the shipping costs are too excessive, we will promptly refund your money. The shipping method is usually the United Stated Postall Service, as this is the most economical way.
